  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Next Business Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

While we strive to meet these guidelines, there may be occasions when orders placed after the cutoff time are also dispatched on the same day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $7.90 AUD for orders under $60.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 AUD qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Major Cities: 1–3 business days
    • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $20 AUD for orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Tracking: All international orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Important Information

  • Customer Responsibility:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. We cannot offer reimbursement for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

    • Customs clearance for international orders
    • Local postal disruptions
    • High-demand periods such as holidays or sale events

  • Taxes & Duties:

    We ensure that all costs are covered at checkout, so you won’t face any unexpected fees upon delivery.

    • No additional taxes: We do not collect sales tax in any country. The price displayed on our website is the final amount you pay.
    • Duties and import taxes included: Any applicable import duties and customs fees are collected at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery without extra charges.
    • Hassle-free shipping: Once you've completed your order, there will be no additional fees required for customs clearance.
