📌 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:
✔ Items must be in original condition: clean, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
✔ Proof of purchase (order name and number) must be included in the return package.

  • Sale items: Final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.
    • For Australian customers: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide an AusPost return label at no cost.
    • For international customers: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please message us with clear photos of the issue. After reviewing the case, we will determine whether a refund or an alternative solution is applicable.

💳 Refund Policy

💰 Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
💳 If you paid using Afterpay or other split-payment methods, refunds will not be processed through those platforms. Instead, refunds will be issued directly to the original bank card used.
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you prefer to return without contacting us first, follow these steps:

Availability: While we’ll do our best to accommodate, availability of sizes and styles cannot be guaranteed.

  • For Australian customers: If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item as soon as possible.
  • For international customers: If the item is incorrect or defective, please message us with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and determine if a refund or alternative solution is appropriate.
